Vision

Facilitating the professional development of nurses who are practising in paediatric and neonatal settings through the provision of continuing education.

Mission

To unite and empower paediatric and neonatal nurses in Singapore through continuing education, professional development, collaboration, and shared expertise, in order to advance the standard of care for children, newborns, and their families.

Objectives

 Facilitate the professional development of nurses who are practising in paediatric and neonatal settings through the provision of continuing education.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and chapters within the SNA so as to share resources and exchange expertise so as to improve standards of care to paediatric patients and their families.

Provide a platform for interaction amongst nurses practising in the Paediatric and Neonatal settings.

Our Logo

The logo represents the unity, mission, and purpose of PNNC. The border and roof-like shape symbolise nurses coming together under one chapter. The ECG wave reflects healthcare as the thread connecting our knowledge, expertise, and collaboration. The open book represents continuing education and professional development. The baby symbolises our paediatric and neonatal specialisation, while the heart represents the lives we touch and the compassion at the centre of our care.
