The Singapore Nurses Association is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 20th Tan Chin Tuan (TCT) Nursing Award for Enrolled Nurses.
 

The TCT Nursing Award recognises promising and talented Enrolled Nurses who are dedicated to advancing the nursing profession in Singapore. Founded by the DS Lee Foundation in 2006, the Award is open to Enrolled Nurses working in all public and private healthcare institutions, as well as Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) services in Singapore. 

Eligibility Criteria

Nominees must

• Be trained Enrolled Nurses currently in full-time service 

• Have at least five years of post-qualification nursing experience 

• Not be currently pursuing an upgrade to Registered Nurse (RN) 

• Past recipients of the Tan Chin Tuan Nursing Award are not eligible. 

Nomination Quotas

• Large institutions (more than 500 beds): up to 3 nominations
• National centres, nursing homes and community hospitals: up to 2 nominations per organisation
• Each nomination must be accompanied by a completed nomination form and justification form for the nominated Enrolled Nurse.

• Download the nomination and justification forms from the award page. If you require the forms in Word document format, please email event@sna.org.sg.
• Submit all completed forms in soft copy to event@sna.org.sg by 30 June 2026.
