Yes, the S$100.00 security deposit is fully refundable after your booking, provided there are no damage to the equipment or property, and no late cancellation or no-show.
When making your reservation, simply select “Yes” for the “Are you an SNA Member?” question in the booking panel. The 30% discount will be applied to your final invoice upon verification of your membership status.
Yes, external catering is allowed. However, food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas. Please ensure all waste is disposed of in the designated bins. A cleaning fee of S$30.00 will be charged if the room is not left clean after use.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days in advance. The security deposit will be forfeited for late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows. The Association reserves the right to restrict future bookings in cases of misuse or no-shows.
