Vision

Promoting and advancing the continued quality of midwifery and nursing care, and to provide health education to the family as a whole.

Mission

To achieve the objectives, the 20 – member committee from various Government & Private Health Institutions manage the Chapter on behalf its members & maintains high standards of practice, education, research and administration through continuing education and commitment to the profession.

Objectives

Promote and foster closer ties among the O & G nurses from the various hospitals.

Provide continuing education for the   O & G related matters.

History

September 1993 – mooted by Ms Lee Yoke Lan (Director of Nursing/KKH -1993)

2 October 1993 – officially launched at the Concord Hotel.
