Job Description

He/she will manage and implement strategies/events /campaigns and/or initiatives to strengthen and promote the Singapore Nurses Association brand and its training subsidiary.

Reports directly to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Programme Development of the Singapore Nurses Association (SNA)

  1. Develop membership recruitment programmes, including roadshows
  2. Develop revenue generating plans and initiatives, including publicity of SNA publications, rental of SNA premises etc
  3. Partnership management
  4. Corporate Communications

Corporate & Business Development of SNA’s Training Subsidiary that includes:

  1. Developing and implementing the business strategy and plan
  2. Developing and implementing the marketing plan and initiatives
  3. Measuring and reporting ROIs on all campaigns and initiatives to the manager and Board of Directors.
  4. Stakeholder and partnership management
  5. Corporate Communications

Selection Criteria:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge in Corporate Communications will be an advantage
  • Strong media knowledge and experienced in working with agencies
