2. To consider and to confirm the Minutes of the 59th Annual General Meeting held on 24th March 2018.
3. To consider and adopt the Annual Report and Reports of the Committees and Chapters for the year ending 31st Dec 2018.
4. To approve and adopt the audited Statement of Accounts for 2018.
5. To appoint an External Auditor for the term ending December 2019.
6. Any other business.
