Responsibilities

  • Administrative functions of the Association
  • Purchasing functions of the Association
  • Prepare 2 full sets of accounts monthly, bank reconciliation and payroll for a small office
  • Provide secretarial support for monthly Executive Council meetings, chapter meetings and International Conference
  • Collate reports and prepare for Annual General Meeting
  • Liaise with external agencies on Association matters
  • Provide administration support for the publication of a professional journal and newsletter
  • Work with committees on organisation of functions
  • Participate in membership activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
