How do I apply for membership?

Fill in an application form available from an active member of SNA, your Hospital Representative, SNA House or download a copy below. Applications received will be submitted for approval at the monthly Council Meeting.

Subscription fees:

Registration Fee All Members (one time payment) S$20.00
Full Member Registered Nurses S$40.00 (annual renewal)
Associate Member

Enrolled Nurses
Midwives
Dental Assistant Nurses Paramedics

 S$20.00 (annual renewal)
Student Member Students S$5.00 (annual renewal)
