Community Service Committee
The Community Service Committee (CSC) was formed in 1972 to provide voluntary nursing care to the aged and discharged patients. It has since been leading a group of volunteers to provide these services to identified population.
Editorial Committee
This committee was originally set up as a sub-committee of the Education Committee in July 1974 as the "Newsletter Committee". It was then responsible for publishing the STNA Newsletter, which went from the cyclostyled form to the printed form in February 1984.

The Education Committee was the pioneer Committee which came into existence at the inception of the Singapore Trained Nurses Association in 1957. It started as the Education and Social Committee.
